Madeline Bay

Madeline Bay (Fourth Season) currently a dancer with Ballet Idaho, began her training at Illinois Ballet Theater in Moline, Illinois. In 2006 she joined the pre-professional company River Pointe Ballet. She was a scholarship student with the Bolshoi Ballet, Ballet West, Pittsburgh Ballet, Orlando Ballet, Northwest Dance Project, and Texas Ballet Theater. She then attended the University of Utah and joined the resident company, Utah Ballet.
Some of her performance highlights with Ballet Idaho include Fairy Godmother in Edwaard Liang’s Cinderella, Helena in Peter Anastos’ A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Snow Queen in The Nutcracker as well as featured roles in Danielle Rowe’s Dreamland, Ricardo Amarante’s Love Fear Loss, Alejandro Cerrudo’s Lickety Split, Lauren Edson’s Missed Migration and Robyn Mineko Willaims’ Grey Horses.
Madeline has spent six summers dancing with ARC Dance in Seattle, under the direction of Marie Chong, where she has originated principal roles for works by Alex Ketley, Wen Wei Wang and David Fernandez. Madeline has also danced with LED in Boise, directed by Lauren Edson and Treefort Music Fest.
Terpsicorps audiences will remember Madeline as Cleopatra last season and Miss Aubrey in Vampyre in 2022, as well as her comedic roles in The Date, Famous Last Words and Couch Potatoes in 2021.
MOrgan Stillman

Morgan Stillman (Third Season) began his ballet training with Project Ballet in Fort Wayne, Ind., and attended Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University. In 2014, he joined Nevada Ballet Theatre and performed principal and soloist roles in an eclectic repertoire. Morgan joined Ballet Austin in 2017 and has performed soloist and principal roles with choreographers such as Stephen Mills, Justin Peck, Pam Tanowitz, Lar Lubovitch, Annabelle Lopez Ochoa, George Balanchine, Christopher Wheeldon, Jennifer Hart, and Amy Seiwert. He has also performed with the National Choreographic Initiative in Invine, CA. in 2017 and 2018.
Terpsicorps audiences will remember Morgan as Julius Caesar in Cleopatra and Lord Ruthven in Vampyre in 2022
Betsy Lucas
Betsy Lucas (Third Season) was born in Hillsboro, Oregon and trained with the School of Oregon Ballet Theatre under the direction of Damara Bennet. In 2010 she joined Nevada Ballet Theatre, where she has remained for 13 seasons. Betsy’s repertoire includes lead roles in several full-length classics: “Clara” in NBT’s production of The Nutcracker, choreographed by James Canfield, “Wendy” in Jorden Morris’ Peter Pan, “Beauty,” in Lew Christensen’s Beauty and the Beast, "Alice" in Septime Webre Alice (In Wonderland), "Svetlana" in Ben Stevenson's Dracula, Serenade (Soloist Russian Girl), and Western Symphony (1st movement Principal.) When not performing, Betsy enjoys teaching in various dance studios, sewing costumes and rehearsal wear for her own dance wear line, Style En Pointe.
Terpsicorps audiences will remember Betsy as Calpurnia in Cleopatra and as the young Italian Girl in Vampyre in 2022.
Jeff Ewing
Jeff Ewing (Ninth Season) is from Torrance, California where he began his classical ballet training at the age of six. His family moved to Asheville while he was in high school, where he continued his studies locally at Center Stage with Heather Maloy as his ballet instructor. Jeff has danced in Chicago with Lucky Plush Productions and Cocodaco Dance Project and currently dances with Stewart/Owen Dance. He earned a BFA in Dance Performance at the Boston Conservatory, studied at the Juilliard Summer intensive, the apprentice program at The Chautauqua Institution, and assisted Cathy Young at Bates Dance Festival. He spent a year dancing with Charlotte Ballet’s second company where he performed the works of Mark Diamond, Dwight Rhoden, and David Ingram.
Terpsicorps audiences will remember Jeff as Pothinus in Cleopatra, as well as his roles in HUNGER, Second Line, Transform, Together We Soar, Coach Potatoes, Zelda’s Dance and many more.
Florrie Sésé Geller

Florrie Sésé Geller (Second Season) began her pre-professional training with the legendary Marcia Dale Weary and the faculty of Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet. She continued her ballet education at Next Generation Ballet, as well as at summer programs at the School of American Ballet and San Francisco Ballet school. After winning the gold medal at the Youth America Grand Prix Semi-Finals, Florrie distinguished herself by placing in the Top 12 Junior Women at the Final Round of YAGP at Lincoln Center and was selected by Susan Jaffe and Gillian Murphy as the first recipient of the Gillian Murphy Endowed Scholarship to UNC School of the Arts. Florrie then attended the San Francisco Ballet School on full scholarship, studying with Tina LeBlanc and Sofiane Sylve.
At the age of eighteen, Florrie was offered a professional contract with Cincinnati Ballet’s main company, while continuing her training with celebrated master teacher, Wilhelm Burmann. At Cincinnati Ballet, Florrie performed Princess Florine in Devon Carney’s The Sleeping Beauty, the solo role in Jiri Kylian’s Sechs Tanze, Virginia Woolf in Sarah Van Patten’s Skylight, Cygnet in Kirk Peterson’s Swan Lake, and a soloist role in Myles Thatcher’s Anomaly. Florrie has also danced in ballets by Adam Hougland, Victoria Morgan, and Septime Webre.
In 2019, Florrie was invited to represent the United States in the Beijing International Ballet and Choreographic Competition. As a professional dancer, Florrie continues her training with renowned ballet master, Magaly Suarez. She has appeared in galas including YAGP Stars of Today Meet the Stars of Tomorrow, and Florida Classical Ballet’s Summer Gala. Florrie is currently dancing with the Oakland Ballet Company.

Leo González

Leonardo Imanol Rosado González (First Season) was born and raised in Puerto Rico. Leonardo began training in gymnastics in their early years and, at the age of 9, started ballet with Bellas Artes de Arecibo (Arts School) under Lisbeth Zeda, Wayne Report, and Carla Curret. During their first year, they were awarded a scholarship to train at Ballet de San Juan. At age 13, Leonardo became the only person in Puerto Rico to earn a scholarship, titled Futuro Danzante (Future Dancer), which created an opportunity for them to train under Waldo Gonzalez at the School for the Performing Arts. There Leonardo developed their ballet skills and expanded their dance vocabulary in modern, musical theater, and hip-hop. During that time, Leonardo began high school and enrolled in “Julian E. Blanco Escuela Especializada en Ballet” (Specialized School in Ballet) where they remained for three years. At 16 Leonardo was awarded a two-year scholarship with the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet (CPYB) where they gained the opportunity to dance in ballets by George Balanchine and Alan Hineline. Leonardo was part of Ballet Idaho, for three seasons, having enjoyed featured roles in The Nutcracker, Lar Lubovitch’s Concerto 622, and as “Bird” in Anne Mueller’s Peter and the Wolf. Leonardo is currently a Semi-soloist with Mauro Ballet in Puerto Rico.
Azusa Okamoto

Azusa Okamoto (First Season) was born in Kyoto, Japan and began her training at the age of three with the Fukutani Yoko Ballet Studio. At the age of 16, she was offered a full scholarship to attend the Victoria Academy of Ballet where she graduated from the Post-Secondary Bridge Program earning a diploma in Classical Ballet.
Since coming to the U.S. in 2017, Azusa has danced numerous principal roles such as Sugar Plum, Snow Queen, and Dew Drop in the Nutcracker, Snow White in Snow White, Cinderella and Fairy Godmother in Cinderella, and Michaela in Carmen. She has danced professionally for Roxey Ballet, Utah Metropolitan Ballet, and currently for Syracuse City Ballet.
Her awards include: First Prize at the 23rd Kobe Dance Competition, First Prize at the NAMUE Grand Final Ballet Competition, and Top 12 in both Classical and Contemporary at the Seattle YAGP.
Garret McNally
Garret McNally (First Season) began his classical training in 2008 at the Robert Ivey Ballet in Charleston, SC. In 2014, he attended the UNC School of the Arts. High School Program training under Susan Jaffe, Jared Redick, Misha Tchoupakov, Frank Smith, and others. There his passion for dancing grew, performing many works including August Bournonville’s Napoli Pas de Six, Frederick Ashton’s Birthday Offering, George Balanchine’s Allegro Brillante, Donizetti Variations, and Serenade, Helen Pickett’s Petal, Natalia Makarova’s La Bayadere, and Michel Folkine’s Les Sylphides.
Afterwards, he joined the New Orleans Ballet Theatre amid studying History at the University of New Orleans. After graduating in 2021, he joined the Richmond Ballet as a Second Company dancer being promoted into the main company the following season. There he worked and performed in Malcolm Burn’s Romeo & Juliet, Stoner Winslett’s Echoing Past, and The Nutcracker, Ma Cong’s Thrive, Firebird, and Ershter Vals, Jerome Robbins’ In the Night, George Balanchine’s Allegro Brillante, and Serenade, as well as works by Jennifer Archibald, Val Caniparoli, Yury Yanowsky, Nicolo Fonte, and Katarzyna Skarpetowska. Garret is currently with Ballet Rhode Island where he is featured in principal roles.
